Ordering/Billing
• All prices are final, and we reserve the right to offer or deny any coupons, offers, or quotes.
• We reserve the right to offer or not offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.
• The Currency on this site is all in USD ($ or US Dollar)
• If the customer fails to pay an outstanding charge to their account, we reserve the right to terminate their service
• Refunds can be offered if the customers service is not provided within an appropriate time frame of 7 days (unless agreed upon a longer time frame)
Services
• We only provide services offered on our site, unless stated in another of our advertisements
• We reserve the right to terminate any service at any time and for any reason without warning
• Illegal content hosted on our services is not allowed, and can result in termination or legal and/or criminal action
• Misusing our services is also subject to termination and possibly legal action
• Editing your hosting configuration against the terms of your server is subject to termination
• Features advertised on our site might not work properly in the case of a special circumstance
• We do not make any uptime guarantees of any kind

• We reserve the right to ignore some support requests
• If a support feature has an additional fee, we will notify the customer before performing the support

All of our servers run at least Intel Xeon X3440 Quad 2.53Ghz w/ HT and 24GB DDR3 ECC RAM. They are located in Kansas City, MO on a 100mbps Unmetered connection.
